Lux Mundi

'Lux Mundi,' which means 'Light of the World' in Latin, is a game I made during Unreal Summer Camp 2023. In the game, you find yourself in a dark sandbox surrounded by a beautiful landscape. You can play around with various particles like marbles, cubes, boxes, and cylinders. As these particles move beyond the sandbox, they emit light, making the environment around them glow. This creates a calm and soothing visual experience that anyone can enjoy.

Unreal Summer Camp, welcoming students of different ages to learn the basics of Unreal Engine and create their own games, lasted for 4 exciting days. The camp was held in Pärnu, home to Gamecan, one of Estonia's most well-known game development companies. Even if you didn't have any previous experience in making games, like me, it was a challenge that I'm proud to have taken on.
